built to order — what this means for returns
Every Wrong Room piece is made specifically for you — in the colour you chose, in the size you picked. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong colour.

when we will replace or refund
We will offer a full replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or broken due to transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g. weld failure, incorrect dimensions, paint defect)
- You received the wrong item or wrong colour
You must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the damage or defect sent to us via Instagram DM or email.
how to raise a claim
- Photograph or video the damage clearly — including the packaging
- Send it to us on Instagram @inwrong.room or via email within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or process a refund within 7–10 business days
cash on delivery (COD) orders
For COD orders, please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once accepted, the standard 48-hour damage window applies.
The ₹50 COD handling fee is non-refundable.
refund timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. For online payments, the amount is returned to the original payment method. For COD orders, we'll transfer via UPI or bank transfer.
